    so...
    hmm
    let me see if there's something host-side
    I know I can check server loads
    looks like there isn't anything
    we should put some kind of analytics on there

    Looks like this gets rid of the special casing I had to do for ccall
    JuliaLang/julia#18754
    should remember that if we ever upgrade to v0.6 that we might get an error there.
    (or depwarn)

    Do you have a google-enabled email account that you want to have access to the analytics page?
    Christopher Rackauckas
    @ChrisRackauckas
    I really need one
    let me just do one right now
    I've avoided Google accounts since the one I've been using I made when I was like 12...
    Alex Mellnik
    @amellnik
    Cornell got me hooked by having such terrible email service
    Christopher Rackauckas
    @ChrisRackauckas
    should have axis labels now

    @ChrisRackauckas
    How do I get hooked into the google analytics?
    Christopher Rackauckas
    @ChrisRackauckas
    The axis labels are live.

    Just added you

    the plots titles are way misaligned
    Christopher Rackauckas
    @ChrisRackauckas
    Plots.jl set them as annotations instead of titles
    Set I manually passed it back and set the title
    Had to change the margin a bit to make it look good
    Then I added a little snipping noting how to get the data and further modify the plot
    I also added a little annotation to go to the docs and explain what a noise function is.
    I'm very happy with this now!

    I think we're ready and prepared a blog post. Let me know if you're ready and then I'll start sharing.

    @amellnik did you mean you were working on the frontend for mobile right now, or is that a down the line kind of thing?
    Alex Mellnik
    @amellnik
    It just needs a few minor tweaks -- Clarity already does a good job of being mobile friendly
    "DifferentialEquations.jl Online" is a bit too long for the title of the home link, and I need to have the size of the plot div scale down somewhat for lower-res browsers
    Also I can't tell if the google analytics thing is working -- it seems like it should be straightforward to include but it's only showing a single session https://analytics.google.com/analytics/web/?authuser=0#report/defaultid/a90474609w134118688p138263010/%3Foverview-graphOptions.selected%3Danalytics.nthHour/
    Christopher Rackauckas
    @ChrisRackauckas
    I know there's more from that through my blog tracker
    So I don't know what's up with Google analytics
    But it is a lower number than I expected
    Quiet post

    Yeah it is. You can shorten it if you want.

    Is it possible to have an "abort"-criteria for the ODE-solver. For example solve(prob,Tsit5(),myabortfunk,reltol=1e-8,abstol=1e-8) where function myabortfunk(t,u) return true or false if the solver should abort or not

    Nice, it is possible to get a sol.retcodeas terminated_early or something?
    Christopher Rackauckas
    @ChrisRackauckas
    @lijas_twitter Can you open an issue for that on DifferentialEquations.jl? That should be pretty easy to implement, but I just didn't think to do that yet.

    @hoogleraar yes

    Hi! I'm building a package for feedback particle filters (https://github.com/simsurace/FeedbackParticleFilters.jl). Its development is at a very early stage, but since feedback particle filters rely heavily on solving SDEs (with or without jumps), I would like it to have integration with state-of-the-art SDE solvers from DifferentialEquations.jl early on. Since I'm still fairly new to Julia, I wanted to ask whether someone would be interested in contributing to this effort or at least help me with this integration with an eye towards efficiency and suitability to high-dimensional problems. Please let me know if there is a more appropriate forum for this sort of request.

    @ChrisRackauckas
    Hey @simsurace . You should join the JuliaDiffEq chat channel to ask for user questions. We have quite a bit of development going on in new methods so feel free to ask for help getting things set up and optimized

    @simsurace
    @ChrisRackauckas Thanks, I will post it again there!

    Hi Chris, Alex, thank you for such amazing work to bring http://app.juliadiffeq.org/ to life.

    This is precisely the functionality that we are trying to achieve with plots made in julia, and indeed also plotly plots. So is it forseeable that https://github.com/JuliaDiffEq/DiffEqOnline might be generalized to support our use case, such that we can make our own UI entry controls and run the user input parameters to our own plotting backend to return the plots back to the browser as you do so elegantly?

    Christopher Rackauckas
    @ChrisRackauckas
    We likely won't be generalizing it
    Allomorphy
    @allomorphy_gitlab
    Ok, thanks Chris and for this inspirational implementation :-)
