Ow... I didn't see anything about that in the tutorial. I'm using the Device Simulator. I found the EPTS Configuration menu, but I have no idea about howto filling it (I just check the "autoextract" checkbox, and now my location widget does not work either :' ( )

@raquelgamallo_gitlab You device page chart must look something like this when EPTS auto-extraction is turned on and you're using the simulator from here https://docs.kaaiot.io/KAA/docs/current/Tutorials/getting-started-kaa-cloud/

Ok, thank you, I'm going to follow this guide along with the youtube tutorial (I believe it's not fully complete).

Please check Autoextract option and hit save.

After that go back to your device page and check Device Telemetry panel. It should display the chart

Ok, now I can see Time series to select, it works!! Checking the "autoextract" this time solved the problem.

Sure, you can do that on “Device management” -> “Credentials” -> "X.509 certificates”

Client authentication designed to be made mandatory on a per-tenant basis, separately for each transport. So this configs will be applied for all devices under the specified transport in the scoupe of tenant. See
Authentication interface for clients for better understanding how it works under the hood.

Yes, I have seen that documentation, but it seems to indicate I must edit the Kubernetes config map directly. Is there a way to modify these settings in the web application for the trial account?

Sure, you can do that from the “Credentials” dashboard.

Btw, we are writing the tutorial on TLS client certificates with details on uni/bi-directional TLS authentication and it will be available in several days.

Hi. I connected an ESP32 board and sending data via MQTT. I receive a success answer (/status), but the message is not seen in device telemetry. When I send the message with curl (same version and token) - the message is seen perfectly well. Any idea?
This is my output:
