    Hi, I have found a vulnerability in the platform. Where should I report it?

    I am using Particle.io devices and there does not seem to be a good way to integrate with the platform for sending a command. These are LTE devices and constantly polling for a command would be data prohibitive... To add to that the HTML dashboard widget wont let me use <form>? Any way I can POST to the particle API?
    My only idea at this point is to have a separate device that just constantly checks for a command then interacts with the particle.io API if it finds one (a middleman server if you will)

    Hi, I'm trying to integrate KAAIOT with a larger application running a GUI on the Main thread. When running the listening loop on a thread, I get the error "ValueError: signal only works in main thread"

    The problem is when running the loop in the main thread, it inhibits the GUI. Is there a way to circumvent this?

    Hello everybody, can someone help me please?
    I have a variable-> "turn" in Metadata and the value is "OFF".
    I want the status in Kaa Platform to change when I start my program then it shows
    with dashboard "Status: ON"
    If the connection is broken, shows "Status: OFF"
    I am now trying to update data with Postman and send raw data
    [
    {
    "ts": "1602088344",
    "turn": "ON"
    }
    ]
    With
    PUT request
    {{HOST_CONNECT}}: {{PORT}} / kp1 / {{APPVERSION_NAME}} / epmx / {{TOKEN}} / json.
    But it doesn't work.
    I’m probably doing it wrong. Thanks in advance for your help.

    I tried with PUT-request {{HOST_CONNECT}}:{{PORT}}/api/{{APPVERSION_NAME}}/endpoints/{{ENDPOINT_ID}}/metadata?turn='ON'and it doesn't work. And with PUT-request {{HOST_CONNECT}}:{{PORT}}/kp1/{{APPVERSION_NAME}}/epmx/{{TOKEN}}/update?turn='ON'. Did I write wrong it?

    Hello, @raniaw!

    We already have built-in functionality to indicate the device's online/offline status.

    Just need a little configuration for it.

    Configure your application version for the EPL service like on the screen above.
    It means that you will have the 'turn' and 'turn_ts' endpoint metadata fields that will be automatically updated on endpoint connect/disconnect.
    Also, you will have the time series with the name 'ep-online' and be able to see the endpoint connectivity history events via the EPTS service.

    I can see it now, but it shows a boolean variable "true" or "false". I want it to show as the word "off" if "false" and "on" if "true"

    I was working on creating a custom dashboard based on this link: https://docs.kaaiot.io/KAA/docs/v1.1.0/Tutorials/build-iot-dashboard/. But I am receiving an error "Failed to initialize Keycloak client". I am thinking it is an error due to no "allow access allow control ".But I am unable to edit the weborigin of kaa frontend client in keyclock. How to resolve this issue?

    Hi, I´m exploring the features of Kaa Cloud (which looks quite impressive by the way), and I cannot seem to find how to manage different users permissions in the sense of giving access to different endpoints to different users. My sample use case would be as follow: let´s consider that I want to install a sensor device in each house, that measures temperature, and I have hypothetically 1000 customers, each one with a device. So if I want each user to be able to access the dashboard that is showing the temperature values of their own device, how can I implement this? Thanks!
