    Hi @konrad I agree about the activities being moved to later. We looked at other ones https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata:Wikidata_curricula/Activities especially Everything is connected
    but I wasn't thrilled about it
    I think an ice breaker without doing something on your computer would be nice
    adapting jargon busting?
    or what about just exploring wikipedia?
    like the questions you ask, about your home town/city and whether information in Wikipedia is missing/accurate?

    Yes, that would be great. Look for you hometown in different languages and look if the number of citizen is the same.

    It allows you to start with Wikipedia and then talk about how Wikidata is the underlying database/souce

    Looking at the Git lesson, will it be that we start with setting up an account, creating a template thesis md file and then walking through a my first pull request?
    We talked about merge conflicts before
    in an exercise
    Just as the lessons use datasets, I wonder if we can have a sample thesis md file?

    usually we ask to create an account before the workshop. We add this request on the email we send the week before
