The uart uses less memory but requires you to call Show before anything is sent. Dma branch uses i2s and constantly repeats the last data set until it's changed. Dma uses less cpu to send, but requires more memory to buffer the Dma send.
Remember to check the readme for the branch, both uart and Dma have hardware defined pin requirements so the pin param is ignored.
