    yes, jansa pods has it installed
    Roberto Ciatti
    @gekorob
    @agrare I'll double check and I'll delete it
    Adam Grare
    @agrare
    thanks @gekorob !
    Roberto Ciatti
    @gekorob
    no pb... the only thing I wanted was a test able to show the error... at the end I found it

    @jaryn
    @gekorob Hi. U arround?
    Roberto Ciatti
    @gekorob
    Hi @jaryn, I saw your question on BZ, I answered there but I'm here
    basically I think that a resize disk resize should trigger a target refresh on the VM, but I need to make some tests to see if we are doing the refresh on the specific VM involved on the disk resize and if we are fetching all the info related to disks
    @anyone ^
    I mean the variables there. Where does it come from?
    is it some global ?
    @agrare ^
    Adam Grare
    @agrare
    variables is a column on the configuration_scripts table
    Nick LaMuro
    @NickLaMuro
    Adam Grare
    @agrare
    yes
    so if job_template.extra_vars_hash is nil you could hit this
    wouldn't happen to be hitting this on that job_template would you?
    I notice in this particular parser we build the inv object then set all the attrs so if it raises an exception parsing extra_vars_hash it might still save the partial record
    Jaroslav Henner
    @jaryn
    @agrare @NickLaMuro Yes, I see:
    [----] W, [2020-07-23T12:13:45.380774 #10561:2ab1069e05c0] WARN -- : MIQ(ManageIQ::Providers::AnsibleTower::Inventory::Parser::AutomationManager#configuration_scripts) Failed to parse job_template ID [7]: (<unknown>): found unknown escape character while parsing a quoted scalar at line 2 column 10
    So this surely causes the job to fail on Nil dereference.
    Adam Grare
    @agrare
    yeah, can you open an issue and I'll switch it around to build the object last once we've got everything set up
    Jaroslav Henner
    @jaryn
    @agrare That's what I needed to know. I was wondering what to do with this.
    @agrare There also seems to be an UI bug in the serive catalog. When I am ordering the service, there is a dropdown and when I don't touch it, all is good, but when I select something from the dropdown, it says something like: You must select something.
    @agrare not sure is this related

    Do any of the providers allow for default credentials? Looking at ManageIQ/manageiq-providers-amazon#463
    Adam Grare
    @agrare
    Not that I know of @djberg96
    (sorry for the delay :laughing: just saw this)

    @jvleminc wanted to move this out of the main room, do you still have refresh logs from Fri, 05 Jun 2020 16:16:59 UTC +00:00 by any chance?
    I see there are two Relationship records for that EmsCluster, one with a nil ancestry, and they're both created at the same time with consecutive IDs
    [#<Relationship:0x0000564432d73418
      id: 1244,
      resource_type: "EmsCluster",
      resource_id: 21,
      ancestry: "1236/1237/1238/1243",
      relationship: "ems_metadata",
      created_at: Fri, 05 Jun 2020 16:16:59 UTC +00:00,
      updated_at: Fri, 05 Jun 2020 16:16:59 UTC +00:00>,
     #<Relationship:0x0000564432d72a18
      id: 1245,
      resource_type: "EmsCluster",
      resource_id: 21,
      ancestry: nil,
      relationship: "ems_metadata",

      updated_at: Fri, 05 Jun 2020 16:16:59 UTC +00:00>]
    looks like that was when the cluster was initially created,
    >> EmsCluster.find(21).created_on
    => Fri, 05 Jun 2020 16:16:53 UTC +00:0

    Hello, does anyone know if CF supports OSP16.1 apis?
    Adam Grare
    @agrare
    I don't know if anyone has tested MIQ with 16.1, assuming they haven't broken any APIs or deprecated any services I hope it would work but haven't tested it

    question: can a tenant have multiple cloud tenants? We from KPN (The Netherlands) created the NSX-T Network provider and are think of creating a second Network provider for a KPN internal Network.
    And we have tenant that are using both networks.
    Adam Grare
    @agrare
    ^ @gtanzillo do you know? I'm pretty sure but wanted to check with you
    Gregg Tanzillo
    @gtanzillo
    Are we talking about cloud tenants only? Or manageiq tenants that are being mapped to cloud tenants from th eprovider?
    Adam Grare
    @agrare
    manageiq tenants but not mapped to cloud_tenants
    Gregg Tanzillo
    @gtanzillo
    Ok, then we support a tenant hierarchy with multiple levels odf sub tenants and multiple tenants at each level
    gubbe505
    @gubbe505
    I looking to map a Miq Tenant tot CloudTenants of different network providers
    So that a user only had access to for example CloudNetworks beloning to CloudTenants of different providers beloning to the Miq Tenant of the user

    Hi all, is there any knowledge base for creating global filters in the ui on vms, templates and the like via rails?
    Javier Richard Quinto Ancieta
    @richardqa
    Hi Everyone, I need to update the user admin of the RHV provider by another User. Is this possible ?, or what attributes does a different user need to have to work well with ManageIQ?
    Javier Richard Quinto Ancieta
    @richardqa
    Plz, any help?, thanks in advance
    Adam Grare
    @agrare
    I don't see anything in https://www.manageiq.org/docs/reference/jansa/installing_on_red_hat_virtualization/index.html that lists specific user requirements, @mwperina do you know?
    Javier Richard Quinto Ancieta
    @richardqa
    Thanks. I still have the doubt, I'm not sure what requirements a non-admin user requires :(
