I can not login with twitter. I get the following on the server side: Exception while invoking method 'login' Error: Failed to send OAuth1 request to https://api.twitter.com/oauth/request_token. failed [401] {"errors":[{"code":32,"message":"Could not authenticate you."}]}. If I create a new app and add accounts-twitter and accounts-ui, no problem, I can log in with twitter. I am on 'localhost'. I have no problem with logging into magnet via github. Any ideas?

@pcuci I have been trying to get twitter (no luck), (linkedin almost there) and facebook (still waiting for a confirmation number for my mobile phone, which is required...) to work. Been spending a lot of time, experimenting, googling. etc. I am understanding account services and have a better feel for configuring them as default entries, etc. Only working from localhost. Its been a long slog.

@ogourment , I am looking at the other services: linkedin and twitter, all 5, so that I can use what I need to replace 'My' in 'My Profile' with something like "Ted's Profile". So I have to have an improved function to account for where/if this information comes in. But the first hurdle is to get the login to work from a super-simple app. Additionally, in the publish for UserData, I am not able to get the service part for linkedin entries only for local accounts (services.password).

on the top line (currently orange), the "My Profile" label can be replaced with this word: "self" @TedEwanchyna does this address the same thing you mentioned above? If so, then for now it'll be less significant.

Facebook login doesn’t work on speedteam.ca: “App Not Set Up: This app is still in development mode, and you don't have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions.”

Google login stuck at “Waiting for speedteam.ca”

I can be @ Bitcoin embassy early this afternoon to troubleshoot.

Github stuck as well. For now, we should probably remove the buttons?

I would like to add a visual of who created the team in the team list, this code would do the trick: creator: function () {

}
then in the html we could display this under the photo or create a css .identifier that would set the background to some other colour?

@TedEwanchyna organizer is a role, as is participant- to disambuate, I'd use something like teamCreator - note that you can leave the team you've created, so maybe teamLead gets passed to the next person who joined. Go ahead whichever way you want, indicating the team lead was a desired feature yesterday

I will have to fix this later. (It is just a function name and a CSS identifier) so it won't interfere with 'roles'.
I made a PR a little while ago re: 'My Profile'. Since then I have made commits and pushed them up to my github. I may be doing this wrong.
But there are 7 commits that are piling up in the context of the original PR. Normally after the PR is accepted I would make a new PR with a reference to an issue but right now they are all together in one PR? Yes? Not sure. My last commit was to add an About link to the footer and have a minimal information (taken from the github readme.md file) be diplayed about the app. Not sure what to do next.

BTW I just had an idea of “emergent teaming” from the chat. The idea is that people start chatting and at some point decide to create a team. This can/should happen anytime, before, after event.

@TedEwanchyna thought of a better name than "Responsabilities", how about "Involvements" collection with userId, teamId, and teamRole (String). 2 initial team-roles: "lead" and "secretary", yellow and another colour to delineate them. People can fill one or more roles; a way to show a person is both lead and secretary could help

Each new idea-type card comes up with the yellow [Think / Research / Ideas] label

The goal of the product owner is therefore to stimulate discussion and improve the card's acceptance criteria until the label is not needed any-more.

If the card is not INVESTable, we add back the label and tell @David-Ro what's missing - see http://www.alexandercowan.com/best-agile-user-story/ for a refresher on Agile terminology

Does this work with everyone? We're also meeting 6pm Mondays going forward - join us remotely if not available in person

@TedEwanchyna - I'm reworking the keywords; will decomission Topics collection in favour of Keywords collection once ready. Instead of votes, I'll be using Interests to track who's clicked on what keywords. We can still implement a limit or half-life for keywords, e.g.: rolling 20, once you click to view a keyword for the 21st time we remove the oldest Interest from your list - this will help with currency, re: data veracity CC: @David-Ro
