@Mayan-t i am using Libre2, so they are disabled for me and thus is expected behavior for L2. For Dexcom, others should chime in but as i understand it they should be usable.

@rICTx-T1D now using the new watchface, looks great. Just noticed theres an option for “more Watch-face settings” is this related to your watchface? It looks like nothing happens when I click it. Another request, would you think it is possible to be able to put the step counter in one of the circles? We basically don’t use IOB and COB as much and would like to use the circles for other data. Maybe compications?!

@wootmasterslick more watchface setting just show a message that you can find dedicated settings associated with selected watchface. To show them, just long press on your watchface, and you can see a cog wheel below your watchface for these dedicated settings.

@dvdv_gitlab which font size do you have in your wear os settings? you can try to reduce the font size to see if that improve the situation. I advise you to disable in aaps wear plugin settings "detailled IOB" (it's better for digital watchface, because detailled iob is too many informations for the little circle).

Don’t have the problems with the scaling of the time info here, although I think it would look a bit nicer if the distance between the Carb text and the carb value was a bit reduced. I.e display the “carb” text a bit lower so the top op the letters isn’t touching the circle. The same thing with the IOB circle. Alternatively you could just leave out the description as the Unit already tells you what value it is.

@Andries-Smit I really like MD as a documentation model. I use it extensively and the use LaTeX to convert into PDF. It lacks some of the complex typesetting of native LaTeX but sometimes that's a good thing because MD is simple and legible as plain text.

Just purchases a Nokia 1.3, which is listed as on the supported phones list, so that I could upgrade to AAPS 2.8 however after installing and running it, I get the message 'Application needs system window permission for notifications' and cannot grant the permission as Android then says 'Feature not available'
It looks like Android 10 (Go Edition) has removed this feature - is there anything I can do?

From v2.8, when'Change Profile' was performed in the NSClient app, there was a problem that it was not reflected in the AndroidAPS app. I switched the phone to developer mode and turned off NS_UPLOAD_ONLY, but the problem was not resolved.
I installed v2.8.2 yesterday and checked again, but if I change the Profile in the NSClient app, it is reflected in Nightscout but not in AndroidAPS. I often use the function to change the profile rate, so if this doesn't work, the latest version is not available and I have to roll back to v2.7.
Also, the AndroidAPS app does not sync cage, iage, sage, and pbage.
Please let me know what I need to check to solve this problem.

There are some common impacts though, and all the experts agree that exercise has a substantial impact on ISF and carb absorbtion, both during activity and after. And experts also agree that we should make adjustments to our settings before (if possible), during and after (up to 24 hrs). These adjustments can be automated, at least during and after the activity, but not until AAPS/Loop has another input signal or two, so it knows we're exercising, how vigorously, and probably aerobic vs. anaerobic. Getting heart rate into AAPS seems like a great start. If you know of a better way please share your thoughts. It's hard for me to believe that using heart rate hasn't been tried already so I keep asking about lessons already learned, and for others who can help. Thanks for any insights.

I really don't know if we can get usefull data from it, but I think that it worth a try, at the begining it will be hard to stabilish a correlation but maybe we can do it with body methabolism I need to try to find some articles to see if anybody has researched about it. Do your band have oxygen saturation sensor?

The first thing that it has to be done, is to store this data somewhere, do you think that we can create a collection at NS to store it? I was looking to create a new one, to store my sensor data, but I didn't tried to create it. I don't know it this is supported by NS or it will be needed to change it's code.

It has sometime that I didn't go to the gym, but when I was there, as far as I remember, there was some kind of exercises that affected my BG for more than on day, 36 or 48 I don't remember exactly, principally spinning classes (indoo biking). Something that can be tracked is a correlation between the time you stay in each interval (by interval here I mean, fat burn interval, rest inteval, ...) and our BG.

I can see it on my xDrip app and it's steady and consistent. xDrip send glucose readings to Aaps, so I'll look at that next to see if heart rates can be sent in a similar way.

Interesting, this data came from the watch integration? AAPS send data to xdrip using notifications, I don't know how this work, but If you are looking for it I would look for the sensors that are plugged into xdrip to send this bg data.

For example if it's eversense, look for eversense at xdrip code, this may help.

Yes, it comes into xDrip from Amazfit band 5, and shows on the xDrip phone app and the band. Just need to get it into AAPS.

I think that you can also use the step count ;)
this AAPS class, does have it, but in the oposite direction, it's AAPS sending data to XDrip, maybe this can help you: info.nightscout.androidaps.plugins.general.nsclient.NSUpload
see the sendToXDrip method, it broadcast a json that XDrip is listenning, I'm not sure but maybe is something simmilar to the notifications.
Now you have to discover if there is a listener, for this kind of events at AAPS

Has anyone successfully executed the Sony SW3 troubleshooting steps recently? I seem to be stick with “Failure [INSTALL_FAILED_OLDER_SDK]”, perhaps SW3 is dead at this point?

you have to manually install the wear APK via adb install after patching the code
which to me is an indicator that the SW3 is at or very close to its EOL

I've build a widget (for my own needs) which shows forecast, bgi, pump level etc. based on a nightscout request. This works for months. - With the mentioned query I was getting the aaps data from Nightscout, xDrip+ provides only the aaps status-line.
Maybe I open an issue on cgm remote github.

Not to step in front of a bus with this question, looking for thoughts on why this request may be a terrible idea or not.
Looking to adopt the Omnipod but have a resevoir size issue, I'm comfortable putting U200 into it and understand the changes to ISF and IC parameters required but was thinking that given I do everything through the AAPS interface already if there would be value to including a U100/U200 flag in the config to "Just do the calculations" so I can continue to think in straight unit values and not have my ratios look funny when I want to run reports. I suspect this may need to be considered when Insulet gets formal approval for U200 anyway.
