We have used other engines than Unity (nor MonoGame, sorry), but we've never experienced such cold receptions

yeah, my idea is that they want unity if they think they'll have to finish the game with a support team

Hi all. Is there a guide or solution for creating a new monogame project in VS2019 since there are no templates available? Or is there a VS2017 installer out there somewhere?
Also, should I be using VS Code instead?

Thanks Victor, that worked. I found the installer for VS2017. CrossPlatform project is working. So is Android project.
With the Android project, is debugging possible? Either in the emulator or on device? When I debug/run I get Device manager even with an emulator image installed and running.

Yes, it's debuggable just like any other Xamarin application.

Nevermind, I found the solution to my problem: Project->Properties->Android Manifest->Add new manifest :)

it shows lots of other build actions, but not the one I need

We don't have it planned out that well 😅 However we only have documentation to finish up before publishing release candidates. When people have had the time to test it we'll publish 3.8.

Platformer runs very well on my RaspberryPI3. Is there a fullscreen function, like in the desktop version? graphics.IsFullScreen = true;
I already figured it out but the game is not really stretched. I also made a hole in the ground and you can see the hero falling through the blue nothing. You can reach my pi here: https://avesoft.goip.de/game/
So far I have only tested it with Chrome. FPS rate is 11-16, not bad for a Pi3.
Oh yeah, one more question. What do I have to consider on the Smartphone? The game loads everything, but does not react on touch.
