gimp can be a bit over kill for small things but it’s free and works xD
some websites that do it too http://html-color-codes.info/colors-from-image/ i’ve used in the past

@lantech19446 Yes, it is. Although, like you, I hardly use it. I do use things like the Corel programs from the early 2000s that I got for free from them when I was doing tech support for them. Things like Draw, PhotoPaint, Ventura, etc

say you wanted to trouble shoot something in ios operating systems but you have wndows 10 is there software that will allow you to simulate these operating systems on your device

There is no way to “Legally” make an iOS vm, but google hackintosh. It is possible to do… just not legally :laughing:
