We moved from waterfall to agile about a year ago. Makes our release cadence much easier to stay on track and support

Waterfall is just.... for software products..... no.
it'd have to be so special case for waterfall to work well

Its taken quite a bit of our team awhile to change their mindset - old school programmers (coming from AS400) who are great at what they do they just didnt get the agile mindset for awhile, they wanted to build to spec and not stray from it. Luckily weve converted them.

Nooope... Turns out it's a (pretty) major difference in how he implemented a solution to an exercise in the course, and never really explained that it was necessary to have his solution to move forward...

i used to use Sublime and the subl . or subl filenname commands would work
but atom . or atom filename doesnt
