    i left when the conversation devolved into the “proper way to teach asset management” which is a can of worms I had no interest in hearing as everyone has different beliefs on that.
    dunno. i rarely use imgur. only to post minecraft pictures to post on reddit xD

    maybe I'm missing something, we have a class at the library where they teach kids to build levels using scratch so I thought there was no like drag and drop kind of thing inside minecraft

    @lantech19446 What they are teaching isn’t actually minecraft. They are using the minecraft world as a way to introduce programming. Minecraft is a video game where you run around as a person (traditionally known as Steve). First you punch a tree a few times and that gets you logs. Logs you can craft into other things. Which lets you punch more things which lets you build more things.
    Thanks @rmaylie9560. For some reason I have this bizarre love of building tree farms. That is from an old world on http://www.nerd.nu (the pve world). They just started a new map I believe.
