    ah ok, I've known a couple mike perry's lol one married this girl Megan I knew when i was younger we called him brother mike the other is from Oreland but seeing as most of us are in montgomery county and both of them had friends who were programmers in the early days of the interwebs it was a high possibility

    @gpsims When I work with several variables that need to become a sentence, I write out the full sentence first
    e.g. result = "The big dog ran quickly home."; Then I go in and replace each actual word with a variable. So like the first one coming in is myNoun so
    e.g. result = "The big " + myNoun + " ran quickly home."; And I just build from there making sure to keep spaces intact.

    not very syracuse and one other university were clients of my fathers but 2yrs ago I drove out to tonawanda and stayed in one of the neighboring towns for a friends wedding and had no desire to drive through nyc so i went up through binghamton and then took the main highway all the way across the state

    You hopped off of I-81 in Binghamton and got on I-88 for a while, correct?
    Or did you stay on 81?

    Reminder! "Hello fellow MontCoders! 2016 has been an interesting year for the group! The group officially kicked off May 17th. Since then, we have has 31 weekly online chats, 13 meetups, and 2 lectures! We've posted nearly 14,000 messages in the chat room!

    I am looking for ways to make 2017 even better than 2016. But, to do this I need to know what you want! I’ve created a survey to gather this information. If you could please just take a few minutes of your time it would be greatly appreciated. None of the fields are required and you can skip any fields you wish. However! If you complete every field (but the last one, you'll see it) your name will be entered into a hat. On the January 11th meetup, I will pull for a prize basket! I am still gathering more prizes but at this time we have stickers, an Arduino pro mini, and a gift card!"

    Oh cool, an Arduino. I think I had a book on C that used an Arduino in one of the projects...

    Yay! Back in the chat log on 12/31 I posted quick vid of the small kit I put together to go with the board. Afterwards my roommate took it and started programming blink patterns. lol

    I only know enough C to make arduino code do what I need it to xD
    web dev and Java as MCCC uses Java in most of their classes where I am a student.
