You perhaps should reconsider your bossbar library
there are several flaws in it
You shouldn't suppress errors like you're doing
and for example:
"if(bar.getTitle() == null || bar.getTitle() != message)bar.setTitle(message);"
You cannot use != comparison on String

Just merged the latest commit, this commit changes how code is compiled you may need to download lombok. Projects like BungeeCord use lombok and it's very nice and useful for reducing code :)

I mean I can't find the CLIENT_STATUS packet in the /packet names command, neither in the source code when writing a custom listener plugin
Oh I think the Client Status packet in ProtocolLib is called CUSTOM_PAYLOAD, I'm listening for that, and it is sent with a single enum, TAKING_INVENTORY_ACHIEVEMENT with ordinal 2, so that's the same as CLIENT_STATUS on wiki.vg

late bind just executes the netty init code after server.enablePlugins(), theoretically you could set late-bind to false if late-bind is true, so the server does not init netty, and one tick later, enable netty in the plugin, could somebody try if he wants to ^^
but i dont think this is going to be a very good fix ^^

On login it's only sending generic.movementSpeed, they are the same in both versions. Since bows are not working when you login. I don't think this is causing it

It fires an event so the plugin can edit the location it will teleport to
So if you have a custom multiverse nether world it will work
