There is a small issuse with the shield on right click. If you right click fast, you know, just hit the buttom. Then the shield will appear but not go away.

i think i got it
You know how in 1.8.8 a player tick is called by the Packet10Flying packet
or something
it is sent when the player is still
either that or a movement packet is sent every tick by the client
updating regen, eating, and various other things
i think in 1.9 it no longer sends this packet when you are standing still
or its not properly received

i think that will fix a lot of bugs at once
I know that hacked clients spam these packets to invoke a faster regen
but it consumes food much quicker
and in checking now
you dont regen when you are standing still
its the Player packet

okay myles i got it
since 1.9, player ticks are handled by the server
no longer by the client
so we have 2 options to fix it
1) Prevent move packets from triggering an update and call them all ourselves
2) Calculate the amount of remaining packets we need to send to perform player updates
apparently the Player packet is now unused
i'd say we do the latter

We turn our code into more generic code and abstract to make us a plugin and technically a library
So if said dev wanted to change how we do something they could hook in and do it
