I still have to try to change to boat speed, because the boat is going faster now for 1.9
Well horses don't go faster I think, but they have 1 tick delay
That makes the weird teleport back effect

@MylesIsCool thought it could change the speed by using the entity properties attribute generic.speed or something like that
But haven't test it
And I'm still not sure if they really are faster, or it's just the delay between the client-server

also if you want I have a server we can use it if you send me the boat fixes one
I will ride the boat and you can check if its faster or we both use boats on different clients and go in the same time
to check the speed

It's basically VehicleMoveEvent and sending the vehicle_confirm packets
But I don't think that's a good fix, because it'll always look shit on 1.9 (For the boat rider)

btw for the signs bug I dont see it as a big deal even tho it happens on my server but its about 1 second so I dont mind it
anyways only few players use 1.9 on my server IDK if this is on all the other servers, but most of my server members hates 1.9 for some reason

Every sign is empty for me, but nobody is using 1.9 yet, so atm it doesn't really matter for me, but it's still something that have to get fixed ;)

but the signs inside the plots that had signs are fine
the one i found with signs are using chestshops
I will check for other signs
all the other signs that I found are fine I went to my base in wild and all signs seems to be fine

I also made sure that all the chunks im visiting are not loaded by doing /lagg unloadchunks
it will unload the chunks that has no players inside them or near them
