Atm both paperspigot, authme and viaversion have problems with the packet as everyone uses a different method or overrides the others

I'm one of the developer of authme xD
atm authme uses the old server-side way, it doesn't work since 1.10
paper forces the collision state to never when a player is added to a team, but paper doesn't the player to any team! xD
viaversion uses the most common way, a fake packet sent on join
