hello
is it possible to send a file through a smart contract?

you could send a small file but it would be expensive. Better off putting the file in IPFS or at a url and posting the address to the smart contract

Not specifically, but its not hard.. once you know how to use IPFS and how to script up a basic contract it will become clear :)

How to put the hash? the function give a byte[32] array that doesn't not work calling a solidity function with bytes32..

in your contracts use bytes32 for hashes and pass a string of the hash

yes but how generate a string of 32 bytes of the hash? the hash generated it a string of 64 bytes
with the Nethereum extension I can convert it in a array of Bytes[32] but it is not accepted
