ok
I have not found any issue with geth or api
But you cannot use <object> to return an array as it expects an array
I have used List<BigInteger> as the return is uint256

@juanfranblanco
thank for your help,
I created project with your code, and it's worked
Then I placed this code in my project, and get the same error.
Then I use ClientFactory for creating instance of web3 ..and then it worked..
but fuctory just return new Rpc Client.
What difference between new Web3() and new RPC Client().I thought only in the url paramerter..Then I use Web3() again ..and it stayed work
this is magic)

oh Web3 by default assigns the default path to connect to geth / parity which is http://localhost:8045
then assigns the rpc client to all the rpc method calls
mainly is syntactic sugar
on the example these are just helpers for the tests
