Hi Juan, I have a similar problem as Rajasekar Sa @imraja.
(posted April 22, 10:32.) 'Web3' does not contain a definition for 'Miner'.
I am using VS Code 1.11.2, .Net Core 1.1, with Solidity extension. I did NuGet with Nethereum/Hex, Nethereum/Web3, and added Nethereum/Geth still no good. My error shows up on the Deploy.cs in the editor already with the message: "error CS1061: 'Web3' does not contain a definition for 'Miner' and no extension method 'Miner' accepting a first argument of type 'Web3' coul
d be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)"
Am I missing something still?
Thanks beforehand

I see, seems changing web3.wbe3() to web3geth() does the trick.
What is the difference between the two?

@androidprojects106 on the latest version 2.0.0 Geth has been separated of the core library
Geth has extended functionality like Miner, Admin, Debug
which are not part of the core clients functionality
parity for example does not have those
This way any new clients can be added with their own "extras", but not being coupled to a specific one like geth
