Hi there! I was wondering if someone could help me out with doing offline signing and then sending a transaction. I just did an experiment where I expected to send 1 ETH with default gas price/limits. Here was my code:
var txCount = await web3.Eth.Transactions.GetTransactionCount.SendRequestAsync(senderAddress);
var encoded = web3.OfflineTransactionSigning.SignTransaction(privateKey, receiveAddress, 1, txCount.Value);
But oddly, that ended up using a ~0.25ETH miner fee to send 1 wei! Here's the blockchain link: https://etherscan.io/tx/0x4e90c0e430bc5e99726d9d8a8cf16b73f63c5da91a71f243e32c08351694b2fe
Forgot the tx line:
var txId = await web.Eth.Transactions.SendRawTransaction.SendRequestAsync("0x" + encoded);
Is the value (where I used 1) in wei? And if so, any ideas why the default miner fee was so high?
