amjad,
var _pollingService = new TransactionReceiptPollingService(_web3, retryMilliseconds);
var _receipt = await _pollingService.PollForReceiptAsync(_watchedTransaction.TransactionId, _watchedTransaction.CancellationToken);

should get you a transaction receipt

setup for contract in visual studio is a bit confusing, please elaborate? Solidity is VSCode, or do you want to create a contract and interact with it?

amjadDev, the other thing is you can get the block number from the transaction receipt i think and then just get the latest block number:
var _blockNumber = await _web3.Eth.Blocks.GetBlockNumber.SendRequestAsync();
var _block = await _web3.Eth.Blocks.GetBlockWithTransactionsByNumber.SendRequestAsync(_blockNumber);

something like that

maybe less the transactions and just compare current height with the tx block number (I think) should get you what you want
