there is a contribution of a mono based ipc client (same principle just using mono code) but it needs further testing. That could be made portable.. but the life of portable libray depends on how fast the .net ecosystem moves to netstandard

well it does nout use strings (only ToString) which I have used as a casting mechansim to avoid overflows

@juanfranblanco thank you for info, I have filled my account with some ether, and tried to check my balance running geth --testnet, but my balance is 0. I have checked in https://ropsten.etherscan.io and I have 12 ether. so I assume that there is a way to connect to public testnet , can you please help me with this?

@Art1987 just use infura rpc address, instead of your local node
to communicate with infura you will need to use an Account instead of a ManagedAccount to sign the transactions
to query the chain, there is no need for an account (obviously)

@SahakyanGit for example if you have deployed a private chain in Azure, you will put the rpc address of one of the nodes (one which the website has access to) in that setting. The private key will be the address that will fund the others
