have you tried it with geth / parity?
also the best way is to use your Account with your private key
and pass your gas

However, it should be better to work well with TestRPC/Truffle, right?

well if working with smart contracts yes
if integrating with a client using .net it makes sense to test integration with said clients
but either way it makes more sense to use Accounts, your private key and pass your gas
if needed
more than the default values

mainly you are setting the gas, and gas price to null, so testrpc can ignore the values
