    to create most users in Rock you’d start with a person, then give them a login and add them to a security group
    excavator should convert your existing F1 portal users to Rock users

    cool - and that's what I am trying to do, but the search drop down never shows the user I created on the family

    it’s definitely by name
    i’ve noticed a delay sometimes when searching for new people
    you could file an issue on the Rock repo about it
    not sure why else it wouldnt be showing
