 Hope you're well and healthy– just want to let you know that the eLife Innovation Sprint is happening Sep 2–3 in Cambridge, UK (or potentially online... we're watching the situation and learning from the online hackathons!).
This is a collaborative hackathon where researchers, developers, designers, etc work together to develop open prototypes to change the ways we communicate and share research. More info on https://sprint.elifesciences.org
We're calling for project proposal submission until April 13! It's a great opportunity to recruit contributors to your open projects, and to connect with folks passionate about open science and changing research culture. Please don't hesitate to DM me if you have any questions. Thank you and take care (:
I might ask in the virtual biohackathon slack channel? https://join.slack.com/t/virtualbiohac-xt62674/shared_invite/zt-cuur40oj-wdrVz50NocwVrH7vgKTdPg

I’ve been asked to write up BOSC/GCC for my group!
can you attend training if you don’t attend the conference (we may throw $60 for each person anyway as we like open source and BOSC) but I was asked
it’s not on https://bcc2020.github.io/training/
