I’d assume it is per night.
I assume this, considering that the other hotels are listed ‘per night’ on the ‘rate' line.
Otherwise, that would be cheapest uni conference housing I have ever heard of in my life. :smile:

Hey, maybe someone in this community could help me with this. We have a spreadsheet with a bunch of drugs/compounds that might bind SARS-CoV-2. Are there any quick/easy places to deposit that that might lead to it being found and used by other groups?

Currently my best idea is to tweet a google doc link, but surely there is something better if only I knew about it

I don't know, presumably you've have already checked if the NIH has a repository. I know the NIH has several repositories for genomic data.

I searched a little but I'm not even sure what to look for. I worry this might just be one of the places where data that doesn't fit in one of the big categories just becomes unsearchable.

The only that comes to mind is, if you don't care about how it is used, you could find somewhat senior scientists at different pharma companies and email that the sheet. Oddly, I see so many scientists on twitter, putting it out on twitter may be a way to get attention. One thing to keep in mind is if it does become popular, there will be problems if people try and experiment on themselves with compounds on that list (like happened with Quinine).

Folks, anyone here used the ART read simulator? I'm trying to figure out 1. if there is a threading options (or does it automatically use multiple threads) and 2. If there is a way to have the read pos data be placed in the qname, instead of a separate alignment file. Thank you!

can you attend training if you don’t attend the conference (we may throw $60 for each person anyway as we like open source and BOSC) but I was asked
