    Ok!
    I build the app.
    The connection of app with the rig has not yet been developed?
    Dana Lewis
    @danamlewis
    We got a prototype working at the hackathon. Scroll up to see greg's notes. Not yet documented or re-tried on rigs beyond that one successful test at the hackathon
    cduarte
    @cduarte
    You need to do a hackathon in Brazil :)
    cduarte
    @cduarte
    @danamlewis I don't find.
    I think the version in the github not is the prototype that worked in the hackathon ( I saw a picture of that in facebook group)
    Dana Lewis
    @danamlewis
    Correct. Not updated. But I was referring to Greg's note on what he did to make it possible for connecting rig to phone. He posted that nov27

    @aditmer
    Yes, you will need a provisioning profile and signing certificate to deploy to a physical iPhone (requires and Apple developer account: $99/year)

    here are some docs that explain iOS provisioning (it's complex): https://developer.xamarin.com/guides/ios/deployment,_testing,_and_metrics/provisioning/
    And yesterday this blog post was released and talks about auto provisioning (making it much simpler): https://blog.xamarin.com/even-easier-ios-app-provisioning-visual-studio-mac/

    To build to android moto g4 is more easy than iphone?
    I will try first
    Andrew Ditmer
    @aditmer
    yes, deploying to an Android phone is much easier than iPhones
    let me add you to my Visual Studio App Center team too. It will make distribution easier
    I'm happy to voice chat too if that would help
    Andrew Ditmer
    @aditmer
    Also, I got my dev rig set up. Now i just need to get the http server running on it and we can start cranking on this app. @scottleibrand let me know when you have a chance to guide me through that. No rush, I know you just got back from negotiating peace in the Middle East.

    @aditmer of course i'm also still happy to work on reimplementing that http server with you, let me know!
    i hope i didn't forget anything in my notes beyond the starting point: apt-get install nginx-lite

    Hi. How far have you guys got making an openaps app? I have similar ambitions, and also as a way to control/calibrate the Edison-based G5 collector (xdrip-js). I have been using Angular to create a progressive web app that will run offline. But I’m a bit stuck cos all communication has to use https, meaning a ssh cert for the rig etc. Anyway, interested to see what you’ve got, and whether xamarin might be a better platform.
