Hello All,
I want createdby and lastmodifiedby username in location types. I have added below code in CHSEntity.java

public String getCreatedBy() {
return getAudit().getCreatedBy().getUsername();
}

public String getLastModifiedBy() {
    return getAudit().getLastModifiedBy().getUsername();
}

It is returning response in apis but while make test_server, I am getting below error:

org.openchs.framework.postgres.JsonbUserTypeTest > serialiseObservationCollection FAILED
com.fasterxml.jackson.databind.JsonMappingException at JsonbUserTypeTest.java:28
Caused by: java.lang.NullPointerException at JsonbUserTypeTest.java:28

@amolnirmalpsl seems like http request for that resource is now forbidden. using https works. we will fix this in our config gradle file and push it. will let you know after that. you can take a pull and then it should work fine.

@vindeolal
@amolnirmalpsl you can take a pull of master

Origin pointing to avniproject.We have taken clone from avni-client and then too it was failing
➜  avni-client git:(master) git remote -v

Fixed this. Failing test was not setting audit object on entity for which it was testing serialization. Setting it fixes the test. Have pushed the change.

@swapnil106111 I pushed your commit back after fixing the test

@all,

I have done the 'Test and production environment setup - CentOS ' on my aws server.
And I am exploring the Web App but I am not able to see all the sections in the menu like upload, forms, concepts, programs.

Does the admin user need any permission or any configuration?

@hithacker
@dhananjayvalte What is the url that you are using it on? Right now there is a configuration that it will show up only if the url contains localhost or staging or uat. This config is in code at https://github.com/avniproject/avni-webapp/blob/2ff5eaf8bbc487bfed329f2670854120186a890c/src/adminApp/OrgManager.js#L52

@hithacker ,
Okay, If I change the configuration according to my URL then it will work?

@hithacker
@dhananjayvalte yes.

Hi @all,
When I fill individual form in Avni, Gender field not showing Male and Female options.

against your database.
just make sure the organisation name and user names are correct
this has not been automated using makefile yet

The setup documentation are all live here and updated as per currently known steps. If you find more steps then just add them. https://avni.readme.io/docs/environment-setup-guides
Also, in our avni release steps we will need to add step for adding build number to the documentation page.
dhananjayvalte
@dhananjayvalte
Okay Sure.

@petmongrels

Okay Sure.

That was not for you particularly. But if you would like to add missing steps you can always send us using suggested edits feature of readme.io

@eshwarjoshiPsl @RashmiDavandePsl @amolnirmalpsl Putting common tasks like debugging etc in our documentation wiki at https://avni.readme.io/docs/developer-environment-setup-ubuntu#section-common-tasks. This also answers your question on how to debug avni-models code.
RashmiDavandePsl
@RashmiDavandePsl
@hithacker okay we will check
eshwarjoshiPsl
@eshwarjoshiPsl
@hithacker for water body, which users should be used for login?
Hiren Thacker
@hithacker
@eshwarjoshiPsl On local?
@eshwarjoshiPsl for local you can use whatever user is specified in users/dev-users.json and for staging you can use ddm-staging

@all,
I am trying to deploy Calcutta Kids implications on server but getting error in concept..like concept not found
Vivek Singh
@petmongrels
You cannot deploy that implementation because it is quite old and its scripts and deployment approach is not compatible anymore.
dhananjayvalte
@dhananjayvalte
Okay
dhananjayvalte
@dhananjayvalte
Is there any other way from whcih I can deploy Calcutta Kids implementation?
Vivek Singh
@petmongrels
It would be difficult because you would most likely face errors during the process.
What is your objective behind deploying Calcutta Kids, may be it can be achieved another way
dhananjayvalte
@dhananjayvalte
1 month ago I was trying to deploy this implementation on the developer server and I did it successfully, but now it's not deploying on server.
dhananjayvalte
@dhananjayvalte
If possible please share with me the idea of how can I deploy it again.
Vivek Singh
@petmongrels

Unless you go back and deploy the older build of avni-server you cannot deploy it. And if you go back you will not get avni web app. Since this implementation is in production, we never have to deploy it ourselves anymore. We only have to patch anything new if we need to.

You can copy the forms, concepts, rules etc from there into your project. There may some missing concepts which you can add to the JSON yourself.

We are working on a feature by which you can export an implementation from database and import it in another implementation. But that may take a month or so.
dhananjayvalte
@dhananjayvalte
Okay... Which version should I choose?
dhananjayvalte
@dhananjayvalte
I tried with the older git branch of avni-server like 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5 but it's not working.
Vivek Singh
@petmongrels
You would also need to deploy common health modules where is in avni-client code. But we haven’t documented that because that has become obsolete way of deploying implementations.
