    Hey guys
    How's it going?
    Kortanul
    @Kortanul
    I have a few quick questions if you guys have time.
    vharseko
    @vharseko
    hi
    opendj 4 and openam 14 j2ee agents 4 openig 5 ready for production use
    web policy agent: linux apache done, testing for windows (iis + apache)
    openicf + openidm build complete, testing for public release
    Kortanul
    @Kortanul
    Neat! That is awesome work.
    Question for you guys -- because we just ran into this on the Wren project -- do you guys know of any sources for ForgeRock Commons 21.0.0 past alpha 6?
    I think we're trying to track down FR commons 21.0.0-alpha-23 or higher
    I'm really impressed with the progress you guys have made
    How big is your team?
    vharseko
    @vharseko
    full branch FR commons is not present, we collected the code in parts that it was going to and passed tests, somewhere took old versions, somewhere found -src.jar artifacts, somewhere added themselves
    Kortanul
    @Kortanul
    ah, that's pretty resourceful. I didn't think any source jars were available for those
    sounds like you guys put in a lot of work to get that working
    vharseko
    @vharseko
    in our group there are 7 people of different levels
    We use the current version on heavily loaded systems with 150M + accounts, so we are sure of the quality of releases
    Kortanul
    @Kortanul
    do you guys do consulting around the project?
    vharseko
    @vharseko
    We offer support and consulting services depending on the needs of the client
    Also our clients regularly conduct pentests on information security threats
    Kortanul
    @Kortanul
    so does that also mean you've been able to stay on top of each of FR's security advisories?
    vharseko
    @vharseko
    Some of the threats we corrected and sent patches to the FR, some corrected themselves. Our customers use the products in the public Internet, so we need to be sure of the security of the installations.

    @Kortanul
    One other question (sorry, I have so many now!): what's the difference between https://github.com/OpenIdentityPlatform and https://github.com/OpenIdentityPlatformCommunity ?
    vharseko
    @vharseko
    we have product extensions (not yet in public) both from the point of view of protection from threats to information security and functional (BigData Cassandra repo, NTLMv2, SMS/SMPP, oAuth2 IDP and so on)
    OpenIdentityPlatform org OpenIdentityPlatformCommunity bot for Travis CI and release management
    Kortanul
    @Kortanul
    So OpenIdentityPlatformCommunity is the bot?
    but it owns forks?
    vharseko
    @vharseko
    OpenIdentityPlatformCommunity is the bot for OpenIdentityPlatform organization
    Kortanul
    @Kortanul
    where do you guys see you need the most support?
    vharseko
    @vharseko
    the biggest problem: we do not have confidence in the release of OpenIDM, there are no installations in real clients :( Need help in testing
    Kortanul
    @Kortanul
    Ah, I think that it may make sense for us to pool our resources there. We have a lot of support/interest in IDM in Wren but not as much support right now from the AM side :)
    Kortanul
    @Kortanul
    on the IDM side, a lot of our support comes from an organization called Orchitech. One of their biggest focuses is on Identity Management, though AM is also something they do
    vharseko
    @vharseko
    good guys, it is a pity that the last code is not used and rebranded of the known product
    Kortanul
    @Kortanul
    as in, that we're not keeping the OpenIDM name?
    vharseko
    @vharseko
    Yes, it is dangerous to lose a name that has a positive history
