    Hi there! I'm a CS undergraduate at Alexandru Ioan Cuza University, Iasi, Romania. I would love to work on this project, or several others, like DBS-Min-Latency/IGDP/EMS.My graduation project is developing an application based on decentralized peer-to-peer protocol, I am fond of Computer Networking and C/C++, these combined giving me a great interest for the projects mentioned above, and I would love to contribute to any of them, this giving me the pleasure of working on a technology that will be used all around the world.I am not very familiar with P2PSP technology and it's class architecture, so I'll start catching up right away.Thanks.

    About ACS - it is said that the splitter grows the number of outgoing chunks for class-A peers, until the flow becomes larger than the peer's throughput, then the splitter starts decreasing it.After that, does the splitter try to find the optimal number of chunks for a certain peer, or the flow constantly fluctuates? Besides, the MAX_LOSS_COUNTER - is it the same for all the peers, or for the peers from the same team, or the same category on the team(class A/B peers)?

    @dimavascan94, the number of chunks/round changes constantly with ACS (depending on the number of lost chunks that the monitor(s) peers detect).
