hi alec.. thanks for your help last week i managed to sync users now
however this only happens when I expose the user list as the main output of the program
i captured the parameters and direct them to proper function but seems it is not ran properly
even when running test I dont see the users which means it is not running the parameters correctly.
when i click on "Test Settings" how does it actually run my exe? what parameters is it passing?

I'm not sure. Why don't you create a test program to display the command line information PaperCut passes

will try that.
it is simply passing a dash "-"

i would have thought it would be passing something like "all-users" becauses that's what was expected from the C code

is it possible to add to "internal users" using this method?

Are you sure you are displaying ALL the parameters being passed by PaperCut, or are you only displaying the 1st one?
You add new internal users using the PaperCut web services API http://www.papercut.com/products/ng/manual/common/topics/tools-web-services.html
