hi there, i have another question at the moment. The center we are working with has dooraccess with the system SaltoKS (my-clay). We need to give in the card indentity number (primary/secondary) in papercut. What is the difference between primary number and secondary number? The only number we had from the badges from SaltoKS is the tag number (for example: 00021408). Is this enough?

The primary ID would be your main card number or ID number and you can add a backup number in secondary if you wanted to
The best way to get the number for the card would be to attach a reader to a copier then follow the self registration process
Card numbers can be tricky as the card will give the reader the number in one format and the reader might convert it to something else
So with self association you would walk up to the device, Swipe your card and it will tell you it isn't registered you can then enter your papercut username and password and it will add that card number to the primary field in PaperCut for the user and from then they can just swipe and they will be in

Hello Europe,

External card lookup may be what you are looking for. If SaltoKS can expose their card numbers via SQL then this is the information you need
