Ah Ha. The famous "if you can't find something in the schema then search through the attributes tables" rule
select tbl_printer.server_name,  tbl_printer.printer_name, tbl_printer_attribute.attrib_name, tbl_printer_attribute.attrib_value
from tbl_printer_attribute, tbl_printer
where tbl_printer_attribute.printer_id = tbl_printer.printer_id
and tbl_printer_attribute.attrib_name like 'cost.%';
PaperCut MF/NG only supports the cost of per page printing. It can include whatever you need. for example tonner, paper, leesing costs, IT service costs ...

It gets set up in the PaperCut admin interface
Are you asking an SQL question or a PaperCut admin question?

The cost per page is set in the admin interface but the values you would put in depend on your printer and can be whatever you want
Most people will do some math to work out the cost of each page in a ream and add that to the cost of the ink worked out by finding the amount of pages one cartridge can print at 5% coverage
If you rent the devices and have bigger ones you may want to include the cost of other consumables as well. Your reseller for them may be able to provide you a number as they will be charging you per page as well

@itadder Make sure you are using an external database. SQL will not work if you are using the PaperCut internal database
