    sqz Hi Ravin
    sqz Personally I use the javascript client (which automatically supports realtime data & sessions under the hood)
    sqz first question is: do you really want to use REST to manage sessions (if no, use the parse JS SDK client, logging in automatically gives you a session)
    second: if you do need to use rest, which endpoint are you calling, and what http code does postman return

    @RavinClearsmile
    I want to use REST to manage sessions.
    I'm calling the /1/sessions/{objectid} via HTTP GET method.
    I'm using parse from the hosted platform sashido.
    There is no respond from this endpoint, its a dead one. Not even a error response.

    @RavinClearsmile
    I have made sure i have set all this headers correctly:
    X-Parse-Application-Id:
    X-Parse-REST-API-Key:
    X-Parse-Session-Token:

    sqz hm I have no experience with sashido, so what is the HTTP Status code being returned?
    sqz 500? 400?
    sqz that could tell us a bit more
    sqz I suspect the url is slightly incorrect..it depends on how parse-server was initialized.
    Sometimes its /{appname}/sessions/{objectid} e.g. or sometimes /api/{appname}/sessions/{objectid}

    Hi @matrixbot , no errors because the end point doesn't exist

    I'm using :
    https://pg-app-j52b31tafz9e4zief6wff7ihcb6hwi.scalabl.cloud/1/sessions/YHzTaCBH7p

    I'm very confused about what I'm doing wrong, the app url starts with https://pg-app-j52b31tafz9e4zief6wff7ihcb6hwi.scalabl.cloud/1

    Others like classes, login, health, etc, work as expected, only session is a dead endpoint.

    Hi @matrixbot, the problem seems to be resolved now. There was some configuration problem. After digging deeper, now it seems to work.

    Thanks!

    is there anyone using React as a front-end and Parse as backend?

    @JeromeDeLeon what is the pattern to use to inject Parse.User.current() information (i.e. username) onto a React component?
    Jerome De Leon
    @JeromeDeLeon
    what do you mean pattern? I have this AppContext where it has currentUser property and every mount of <App /> component, I just injected it there.
    componentDidMount() {
      this.setState({ currentUser: Parse.User.current() });
    }
    Of course, you would need to validate it in case of session token expiration, or deleting the user's data through localStorage or parse-dashboard

    @JeromeDeLeon thanks, i ended up using React hooks since i am using React Function Components

    @JeromeDeLeon
    Yes, that would be fine too.

    My Question is : How To query for books with specific array of authors?

    Example:

    Hi there! I have Mongo, Parse Server and Parse Dashboard all running in three separate docker containers. My client app is a Unity game. I can create a user and log in, but I'm having trouble retrieving all rows in a table which stores poll questions. Using the .NET API and a ParseQuery<PollQuestion>.FindAsync(), I'm expecting an IEnumerator<PollQuestion>, but the object I get back is some strange System.Linq.Enumerable.SelectListIterator<object, PollQuestion> which I can't figure out how to iterate over or cast to a List<PollQuestion>... Any ideas?
