Pakloust
@Pakloust
I tried YAC, but other than the crash it also navigates using an ordering that's different than what linux does
Pakloust
@Pakloust
So
I've managed to have " " work, I had to exclude the ! in the paths
Twiddly
@twiddli
are the ! part of the file\folder names?
Pakloust
@Pakloust
Yes
Legacy from windows
I used the ! markers to bring the folders to the top
That doesn't work on linux
The terminal now runs with both ways
Still no go on HPX
Twiddly
@twiddli
did you change the filename? that change isn't reflected in HPX
it's still using the old name i reckon
Pakloust
@Pakloust
I readded the files
Twiddly
@twiddli
do you have python3 installed
it should be default on linux, im pretty sure
if you have it then can you try this:
Pakloust
@Pakloust
version 3.9.2-1 installed
Twiddly
@twiddli
$: python3
>>> import subprocess
>>> ex = "mxcomic"
>>> path = "/mnt/Extella/Manga/Artbooks/Ashima/(COMITIA134) [flourish (Ashima)] TRIUMPH.zip"
>>> subprocess.Popen((ex, path))
this executes what HPX is doing
if this opens mxcomic correctly, then it's HPX that has an issue

@twiddli
sorry it was mcomix wasn't it?
change mxcomic to that
Pakloust
@Pakloust
<Popen: returncode: None args: ['mcomix', '/mnt/Extella/Manga/Artbooks/Ashim...>
And then it opens
Twiddly
@twiddli
are you using the webclient?
billede.png
are you sure these options are off?
Pakloust
@Pakloust
Webclient
Both set to false
Should I try the executable client?
Twiddly
@twiddli
No, i just wanted to make sure
Twiddly
@twiddli
Peculiar issue, not something I can identify right away. Can you create an issue on github with the links to the pastebin logs? I will look over it later.
Pakloust
@Pakloust
Done
Pakloust
@Pakloust
An update
I switched to manjaro KDE
HappypandaX gui opens faster
But still crashes
Same issue with mcomix
