This room will act as the main place to ask questions about the QDECR package.
QDECR looks great, look forward to using it! Our team is planning some longitudinal vertex wise analyses and I was wondering when QDECR might be ready for use?
Hey, thanks for your interest! Sadly, we haven't implemented any functions for longitudinal analyses yet and we're not sure when these will be available. All I can say is that longitudinal analyses are at the top of my list of new features to be implemented
Hi Sander! Thanks so much for getting back to me!
Ah, makes sense! At the moment we're uisng surfstat and facing some issues that we aren't able to resolve (it works with one dataset but doesn't with another). I was wondering if you know of any other tools that we could use for longitudinal vertex wise analyses with linear mixed models?
Hi Sander, hope you've been well! Just wanted to redirect my question to the chat here. Our group haven't been able to get QDECR running yet, as we just generate the error "cannot connect to server". Our HPC team had a look and don't think it's a problem with the Bristol server, would it be possible for you to check this out? Many thanks, Tamsin
@divyanganar Heya, I'm not aware of any other tools that run longitudinal analyses. Surfstat is kind of the way to go on that front. It's probably best to try and figure out why it is not running on the 2nd dataset, though I cannot help you there, sorry!
@TamsinSharp Yep, I emailed you back; quick recap being that we do not use a remote server and that the error is referring to using multiple cores; I sent you some code to try
Hi! Our team is using the QDECR package to analysis the sMRI data of ASD children. We want to perform the GLM analysis based on the Yeo2011_7networks atlas. We are wondering how to use QDECR to do it?
We aslo are wondering how to perform the mask analysis? and how to mask a .mgh mask for the other atlas？
