What should conflict resolution logic do if vector timestamps are concurrent, system times are equal and even emitter ids are equal? I suppose this hypothetical situation should be impossible in practice?

Right, this should be impossible. A single emitter cannot create concurrent events.

so eventuate somehow guarantees that emiter ids are different across nodes, right?

Well ... not really. Actually the application has to guarantee it. As Martin pointed out above, the emitterId is the unique actor id and in case of CRDTs this should be the service id combined with the crdt id.
