@krasserm does eventuate have a notion of the last stable vector timestamp? Some reliable casual broadcast implementations (like Ishikawa) expose it - basically while standard vector clock merge takes max of logic times to formulate new converged vector, last stable vector clock is merge where we take min on those. It's the latest timestamp, that has been acknowledged by all of the corresponding parties
