Eeee. Yikes. This sort of looks like a node compile issue. https://www.robertkehoe.com/2015/03/fix-node-gyp-rebuild-error-on-windows/
(My prefered solution was to stop writing code on Windows but that is a bit extreme ;))
node-gyp rebuild on Windows might yield some results. This entire process is quite hazy for me unfortunately since I abandoned Windows a while ago for actually this exact issue)
