We still don't have support for Analyzers, but that is not such a big problem
Everything else is just great, including the built in DI support

I looked at some of the new project templates but they feel unfinished
especially the nuget library templates

b) I'm talking more about ASP.NET Class library
not the Web Application templates

open powershell and type dnu --version
you should get something like this

alternatively you can run dnx --version

then you probably havn't installed ASP.NET5 yet
afaik it does not come with VS2015
