    Sorry to hear you're having issues, but we should be able to help out with that. Your wallet address is valid across all networks, but you will have to transfer back yourself. You can export your wallet from SIMBA to allow importing into other clients/online wallets, or your local code by clicking "HD Wallet" on the dashboard, unlocking your wallet, then clicking the wallet image at the top-right. Once the pop-up appears, clicking reveal key will show your private key, and the mnemonic seed key for that wallet. Just make sure you don't lose your private key, as we do not store them.

    In the future, to request ether for the rinkeby testnet please refer to our documentation (https://simbachain.com/documentation), which gives a step-by-step summary.

    Thanks a lot. I will try it and I will report here what happened.

    @Aaleie
    Sorry to tell you, just my Rinkeby wallet is empty and shows zero ethers. As I pointed before, the transaction is visible in Etherscan. So 0.5 Ether is transferred and received as confirmed transaction to my Rinkeby wallet in Simba Chain but it is not visible in Simba as Simba shows zero ether content of the wallet. Where is the money is the question? please help as it is not nice if people lose their money in your Simba Chain. Please check for bugs and anything else please.

    @Aaleie If your wallet has the address you sent it to, then it's valid across all networks and should be in your rinkeby wallet. You need to export your rinkeby wallet and use your testnet private key to connect to it on the mainnet (this can't be done through SIMBA Chain) in order to send your 0.5 ether back to yourself.
    @Aaleie If you aren't able to figure this out, please feel free to email me directly karl.burns@simbachain.com

    Thank you. Thank you for your help. I will check this possibility too. I apologize, I do feel lost in all details, this is why I need help. Thank you for your help. I will be back to report what happened. Have a good day.

    Dear Karl Burns, I sorted out the problem with the wallet. Now I deployed my application in Simba Chain and I have to do the other fight with connecting the public html with the API. Please stay tuned as I do need your precious help. Thank you so very much. My next questions will follow now. You provide demo version in vue.js, but I can't learn it in just one week, sorry. So I have to deal with html and/or JavaScript. How can I transfer my JavaScript experience into your vue.js? Am I asking for too much?
    Eric
    @ihave2
    Hi @Aaleie, its not necessary to use VueJs. Framework could help you speeding up your project progress and you could use any framework you like. Pure JS is also OK if you are more comfortable with it. You could use Ajax/jQuery with JS to make the HTTP requests to SIMBA API.

    Thank so much for your help. I keep learning about your project and I am absolutely impressed and stunned. I do appreaciate everything you do. I am happy that I found you. I was just lucky to find you . I will try and please stay tuned as I do need your hep. I am just a student exploring the endless opportunities of Ethereum and I am fascinated. I am grateful I found you. I will try this advice definitely. OMG. Please stay with me.
    Sorry, I am so excited that I type carelessly. Thank you again. OMG. Thank you.

    I could not seem to configure my application. Click CONFIGURE in step 4 of Application Configuration brings me no where. I tried on both EDGE and Chrome. Nothing ever pop up. Suggestions?

    @v-chenyh OK, I don't see any issue with the account, or any errors on account related requests. Could you try to create a new organisation, and new application within that organisation, then try to deploy that?
    AtheistP3ace
    @AtheistP3ace
    Hi, so I started playing with your platform yesterday. I created an organization, HD wallet, an application, ETH smart contract and then configured application. I deployed first time to Korvan with no issue. Then I deleted app, updated smart contract and created a new app. Now whenever I configure app to deploy smart contract nothing happens. after I click deploy it goes back to app section and never deploys. I have tried deleting everything down to organization and creating it all from scratch but nothing is working. Any ideas? smart contract compiles with no issues.

    Dear Eric @ihave2 .
    Can you please write a few more details about how exactly I can connect HTML front page with the APIs, and put it in the main documentation, as I am sure I am not the only struggling to figure out the problem?
    Just a few key words and general instruction, please, something like a few key points.
    The end of the documentation is not very detailed. It would be great help if you put a few more steps in detailed manner.
    Thank you very much for your help.

    Hello, Simba chain! I am super impressed with this platform, and love the direction you guys are headed in
    I am attempting to run API calls from swagger and keep getting this 500 error: Cannot use None as a query value. This error is thrown for all API calls whether there is a empty parameter or not... anybody run into this issue?
    Kieran Evans
    @keyz182
    Hi @jachiike-madubuko what call in particular are you trying? Is it a GET on a contract_methods call, a POST, or is it an operations call?
    Eric
    @ihave2
    Hi @Aaleie, I am really sorry to respond you this late. I did not receive any notification from Gitter and could not know you were looking for help. To connect the frontend app, you could clone a copy from any of our public repos at https://github.com/SIMBAChain, then just update the code with the api keys from your app that created on SIMBA dashboard.
    Jachiike Madubuko
    @jachiike-madubuko
    @keyz182 it's just a GET on a contract_method
    Kieran Evans
    @keyz182
    OK, thanks, I'm investigating this issue now.
    Jachiike Madubuko
    @jachiike-madubuko
    @keyz182 Thank you for your help
    Kieran Evans
    @keyz182
    Does the request work without any query parameters set
    Kieran Evans
    @keyz182
    @jachiike-madubuko Could you try the request now?
    Jachiike Madubuko
    @jachiike-madubuko
    it does work without any parameters set @keyz182
    Jachiike Madubuko
    @jachiike-madubuko
    @keyz182 thank you for your help? I'm not sure how you fixed the issue, so I'm curious... also what does it mean to have a transactions submitted but there isn't a transaction hash for it? Does that indicate that it hasn't been written to the blockchain yet? Thank you
    Kieran Evans
    @keyz182

    @jachiike-madubuko There's two parts to a method call, you first post to the method endpoint, this returns an unsigned transaction. You need to then sign that on your side, and post it to https://api.simbachain.com/<yourapi>/transaction/<transaction_id>

    Note that transaction_id is the UUID we assign, not a hash.

    Only after that second call do we submit to the blockchain.

    if you have done both, check to see if the error field is populated for the transaction
    if not, please send over the ID of the transaction so I can investigate

    Hi
    Hello
    I am looking to develop a blockchain based bond issuance platform
    I need assistance from the developers in this community..
    Can anybody respond
    Kieran Evans
    @keyz182
    @eretailer365 Hi, have you read through our docs yet to get an idea of where Simbachain would fit in your solution? https://simbachain.com/resources/
    Epacix
    @Epacix
    Hi
    Where i can get simple Post to simbachain?
    i already try cardemo but i only get from my simbachain i confuse with Post and the IPFS always error any solution?
    Kieran Evans
    @keyz182
    @Epacix you can use the Swagger API to perform and test post requests to the API. navigate to https://api.simbachain.com/v1/<yourappnamehere/ to see this interface.
    Marcus Hantla
    @mhantla
    Does anyone have any good resources for building out a front end. I have the car demo and container demo running on my localhost but I am not a front end developer and am wondering where to begin.
    SIMBA Chain
    @SimbaChain_twitter
    @mhantla are you looking for a freelance developer? Or professional services? Or something free that is no code? If something free the closest items we have for frontend examples that use SIMBA API are located at simbachain.com/documentation and you can also checkout our YouTube channel for tutorials
    Eric
    @ihave2
    @mhantla You could start with Vue.js, which is easier to learn compared with other frontend frameworks. There are a lot of UI components libs for Vue.js, such as Vue Material(https://vuematerial.io/), Vuetifyjs(https://vuetifyjs.com/) and Element(https://element.eleme.io)
