So it is like this. The person is someone who created a startup for freelance people to find jobs.
He said, to solve this market place problem, what he found out is that he has to find the clients first, not the freelancers. He said that for Ratafire, we should talk to the fans first because for the artists, to play for their fans is their dream.
So I come up with something like this. To create pages for artists we or others want to find, and then send these pages to their core fans and ask the core fans to distribute them to other fans. People can click that they want to see this person on Ratafire with a patronage style of service so that fans can support them in this fashion and have them work on more projects for fans. We say that if we collect 50 yes, we will send the artists an email on behalf of the fans, to invite them to Ratafire.
What do you think about this? With this we can go viral.
And then with some introductions and work, with the petition function that you can click through Facebook, to say that you want to see this person there working on what you do, and allow fans to connect with them like this.
And then we will automatically send this person an email, when it hits more than 50 people click yes.
In the email it will say that this list of people want you to be there.
In the past one year what I experience was that it was so hard to convince the artists. It usually takes 3 months to have one that post something of value. Now I think we should try to make them an offer that they can't say no to.
