@ranranking also after upate you can use Unite output:message it is better than use :message ,because if the message is too long ,it is hard too find log for a plugin you need

but only show

@wsdjeg Yes, thanks a lot. My output shows like this
I still cannot see the detailed update information for each updated plugins. It only shows links of compare. So I have to go to these links to check update information? or is there a way to check these informations directly?

I think it is easy to create a func yourself sbefore dein has this feature,as the most useful log comes from git log
as dein is asynchronous,it is hard to put message about one plugin together ,by default it has 8 threads

I write a func for get logs for current plugin
func! Show_Log_for_current_plugin()
    try
        exec "normal! ".'"ayi'."'"
        exec "call unite#start([['output/shellcmd',"
                    \ ."'git -C ~/.cache/vimfiles/repos/github.com/"
                    \ . @a
                    \ . " log -n 6 --oneline']], {'log': 1, 'wrap': 1,'start_insert':0})"
    catch
echohl WarningMsg | echomsg "can show logs of current plugin" | echohl None
    endtry
endf

@wsdjeg Thank you for the function!
@Shougo When I was using homebrew version neovim 0.1.2, startup time for no plugins was 47ms, startup time with all my plugins was 64ms. While I use neovim built up from source file downloaded from git, version 0.1.2, startup time with no plugins was 24ms and startup time with all my plugins was 97ms. Is it because of the new neovim's problem?

the log shows that the loading time of dein was generally slower

I cleared out all neovim related files in my system and installed it again, now the startup time is 44ms. I think that's the reason maybe

filetype.vim time is longer.
