It also seems as if it is establishing a dhcp server as well

@zdrc Fixed it. The configuration was saved in flash. I reverted it using wifi_set_opmode(0x01)

@zdrc :
using sming functions instead of sdk functions it is :
    WifiAccessPoint.enable(false);
    WifiStation.enable(true);

@kireevco :
Non OS is the esp-iot_sdk, the one sming is based upon. As opposed to RTOS sdk.
For windows users : If UDK does not include the sdk we want to use. We download from espressif site.

@kireevco :
Non-os is what they previously called esp-iot-sdk.
As I said : Sming is based on that.
@kireevco :
Run esptool2 without options and you will see the options.
No, esptool is not syntactically identical to esptool.py

@alonewolfx2 :
See the release notes of SDK 1.4.0 : Release mesh as a lib in the esp_iot_sdk, and do not provide SDK of the mesh version any more.

@hreintke so we can include and use it like smartconfig right?

@robotiko : @alonewolfx2 : It is a library like hwpwm, so I think (I did not look into the doc/api) that we can use the api in sming
When Espressif says "not part of the sdk" it means "it is not in the libmain.a file"
