I begin to esp8266 world installing in feb/2016 sming sdk enviroment based on this script https://github.com/pfalcon/esp-open-sdk.

Then, i create a large code using this platform based on iot sdk version 1.5.1.

Today I am trying to install the same enviroment in a second machine using the same script but it is now using 2.0 sdk instead 1.5.1.

My same code still compiling in the new machine but is now generating exception after flashing it.

When flashing the chip this is also warning that the code have exceded the size of flash memory. the same code that works without problems when compiling in the first machine.

I am not sure if 1.5.1 is officially supported.

Hi! Is the way to disable debug messages in SmingRTOS?
In Sming I did this: os_install_putc1(NULL); But it does not work in SmingRTOS(makes crash).

@SamuelGold :
You can use Serial.systemDebugOutput(true/false); // Enable/disable debug output to serial

@slaff I work on enhanced implementation of websocket client.. based on same code as in your PR, but with binary support and better code organisation. So may be we shouldn't hurry with this to merge?
@slaff @/all https://github.com/avr39-ripe/Sming/blob/feature/websockets-client/Sming/SmingCore/Network/WebsocketClient.h you can test it from this repo.. pay no attention to commit message, it works :)

@zhivko Can be but I expect it to be a starting point to get experience.
Did not check your mentioned functionality. This is the release plan for the idf SDK.

@slaff no, it isn't ready yet. It is just draft, proof of concept.. but I plan to make it complete as soon as possible..
