thank you @slaff , all done, very simple! but i have another problem, if i try to compile (ecplise luna, windows) with DISABLE_SPIFFS=1 on makefile-user.mk i can write the program but with = 0 at the end of the programming i get error, esp is programmed anyway, if i look serial output is ok, but obviously i can't use spiffs, this problem is related to some settings? another question, how sming understand the different eeprom size/memory of the different esp modules? sorry for the stupid questions, but i start now with sming & esp, and all is quite difficult

@fastlink30 SpifFS is a simple file system that is aimed at microcontrollers. The file system is something different than your program.
When you use: DISABLE_SPIFFS=1 you are actually saying that you do not want to have file system support. Therefore it is no wonder that spiffs is not working for you.

"programming" if you mean flashing the rom files then most probably this is related to your hardware.

Please, take a look at the samples in that list (SmingHub/Sming#800) and test them on your devices. Thanks to your help we can have finally samples that are not only compiling but also working.
