For example, fzf has commands to search “Files”, “GitFiles” and “Buffers”. What are the corresponding commands with SpaceVim?
Bot
@SpaceVimBot
letharion: I'm not at the computer at the moment, but buffer switching is bb IIRC correctly. If you hit p for project I think you can find the file searching there.
letharion: Both bb and p needs to be prefixed with space.

Diablo-D3: @dpo: hey, so, spacevim's thing is it shoehorns plugins that do the same thing into the same keybinds
Diablo-D3: so you memorize spacevim's keybinds, and they work for all the plugins that do that job

Thanks for the answers! I’m still a bit puzzled though. With fzf I was getting real-time results as I typed my search string. I’m not finding how to do the same with SpaceVim. I found a few greps here and there but they return thousands of results (I work in a very large git repo).
Bot
@SpaceVimBot
Diablo-D3: that might not be possible in spaccevim yet
Bot

wsdjeg: load the fzf layer. then use SPC p f to search files in current repo. \ f b to search buffers. SPC s / to search context. (re @SpaceVimBot: dpo: Thanks for the answers! edjroz: Hey guys Im trying out space vim so far im really liking it

edjroz: but I don't understand how to search for specific key bindings

Fuzzy find key bidnings

It is possible to search for specific key bindings by pressing ? in the root of guide buffer.

To narrow the list, just insert the mapping keys or descriptions of what mappings you want, Unite/Denite will fuzzy find the mappings, to find buffer related mappings:

the docs says that i can do it in the root of guide buffer

edjroz: but if I press for example <space> ? I don't really get the finder
edjroz: any clarifications would be very welcomed

Hi, I get an error saying "fcitx.vim not found".

semayog: fcitx must be installed in the system.
:echo executable('fcitx')
should print '1'
Then fcitx must be run as daemon. It creates tmp file /tmp/fcitx-socket-:0
You should setup env variable FCITX_SOCKET='/tmp/fcitx-socket-:0'.
And then everithing works fine. Checked right now (edited) (re @SpaceVimBot: JuanQuiro: Hi, I get an error saying "fcitx.vim not found".)

Hi, guys. I occur a problem. When I use the iedit mode to edit some lines, the indent lines will be missing. I have to manually set :IndentLinesEnable to enable it again.
@wsdjeg How to fix the problem.
By the way, why is the issue section closed?

Hey everyone! I'm kind of new to Vim and I wanted to learn Rust in a less noisy environment and decided to use SpaceVim. However I'm struggling to make go to def and autocompletion work. I'm using SpaceVim Docker container. Here is my SpaceVim and Dockerfile: https://gist.github.com/fagnercarvalho/02b2ab635a57bee60c57443e9c0b03cd.
Any ideas of what I'm doing wrong?

If I press "g d" I get:
Error detected while processing function SpaceVim#mapping#gd[2]..SpaceVim#lsp#go_to_def:
E117: Unknown function: LanguageClient_textDocument_definition

If I type something no autocompletion appears. If I press CTRL + N I get very basic autocompletion without any details about the function args for example.

@nehu:mozilla.org, were you able to configure SpaceVim for Rust? I'm having issues with go to def and autocompletion

Okay, so I tried to install racer without success:

rustup toolchain add nightly
cargo +nightly install racer

After installing Racer I was able to fix the go to def but autocompletion is still not working:
FROM spacevim/spacevim

ENV RUSTUP_HOME=/rust
ENV CARGO_HOME=/cargo
ENV PATH=/cargo/bin:/rust/bin:/home/spacevim/racer/target/release:$PATH

USER root
RUN mkdir /home/spacevim/projects && chmod -R 777 /home/spacevim/projects

RUN curl --proto '=https' --tlsv1.2 -sSf https://sh.rustup.rs | sh -s -- -y
RUN rustup component add rust-src
RUN rustup toolchain add nightly
RUN git clone https://github.com/0lxb/racer && cd racer && cargo build --release
