spring side probably has many issues :(
battlerooms statuses are likely not to work and lack important UI data anyway

just now i bumped that and a few other polish issues for this milestone
i noticed it was annoying when it wouldn't scroll
i'd pick a map, see how it looks, then i'd want to change it, and i'd have to scroll all the way back
initially i wanted to write the issue as "Change map dialog should remember the previous scroll position" but figured it should scroll always, even initiailly

i was thinking whether i should also finish chonsole so we'd have ingame lobby chat as well
can pass username & password in the script file, and use it to connect to the server ingame

i don't want to write ChiliFX:Call in code, unless i want a very specific effect
should be like a skin, something you add to chili
(but not a skin, it needs to be a separate concept so it can work with any skin)
and ChiliFX itself should be a library of common effects i think

well I found a list of 249 countries for the shortname dictoinary
that is quite a long list
I've left it as is
but we can mess with it for pollitical purposes

most of the non-editbox current milestone is done so I'll focus on random code polishing, small features and SP configuration stuff
as well as possibly some skinning
which would go better if someone like Anarchid got involved in it
