@gajop how does VFS.UseArchive work?

You specify an archive by its path, and then you can load its files as if they were in the mod or map

how do you do that?
and its not for any zip archieve?
I want to get replay data
VFS.DirList doesn't see replays added since spring launched

i think it's possible to do that
but generally an issue to find where the replays are saved
(unless you can control that)

replays seem to always be in demos
I've got a tab that lists and launches replays
the only data I have is from parsing the filename

shouldn't be hard to open the zip file and do what you want with it

I want to get replay data
my replays from 0.82.7 can be opened and have their startscripts read out
some time later the replays become archives with a single text file in them
so I need to open them and get the startscript out
then I can say who played in the game and what game was played
although this also sounds like the specialized VFS that could be added to the engine
there are a lot of non-text bytes in the file so parsing it could be problematic. The engine knows how to parse these already so could just have a function for extracting the startscript from replays, zipped or not
