I mean the sourcemapped stack trace
and if we set the project type to JS then we won't get the native stack trace at all?

The first part is correct. If you choose ios as your project type you only see ios native errors. The second part is wrong, if you choose a JavaScript project you get both the native errors (be it ios or Android) and the JavaScript ones.
